Question 1

What is ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, and does my business need it?

Accepted Answer

ZATCA Phase 2 (the integration phase) requires VAT-registered businesses in Saudi Arabia to connect their invoicing and ERP systems directly to ZATCA's Fatoora platform for real-time invoice clearance. Impleway integrates Odoo, Oracle Fusion and Dynamics 365 with Fatoora, including compliant XML, QR codes and cryptographic stamping.

Question 2

How much does ERP implementation cost in Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

ERP implementation in KSA typically ranges from SAR 75,000 for a small Odoo rollout to SAR 1,000,000+ for enterprise Oracle Fusion or Dynamics 365 programs, depending on users, modules, customization and data migration. Impleway gives a fixed-scope quote after a free discovery session, so the full cost is known before you sign.

Question 3

Odoo vs Oracle Fusion - which ERP is right for my Saudi company?

Accepted Answer

Odoo fits SMEs and growing mid-market companies in Saudi Arabia with lower licensing costs and faster go-live, while Oracle Fusion Cloud suits large enterprises needing advanced finance, HCM and multi-entity controls. Impleway implements both and recommends the right platform after assessing your size, budget and ZATCA compliance needs.

Question 4

How long does an ERP implementation take?

Accepted Answer

A standard Odoo implementation takes 8 to 16 weeks; Oracle Fusion or Dynamics 365 rollouts typically take 4 to 9 months depending on scope and integrations. Impleway follows a fixed 9-step delivery framework with clear milestones, and timelines are committed in writing before the project starts.

Question 5

Is Odoo ZATCA-compliant for e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when configured correctly. Impleway delivers ZATCA-compliant Odoo setups with Fatoora integration, UBL 2.1 XML invoices, QR code generation and cryptographic stamping, so your e-invoices clear ZATCA validation without penalties.

Question 6

What is the ZATCA tax penalty waiver, and can my company benefit?

Accepted Answer

ZATCA has periodically offered waivers on fines for late registration, late filing and late payment to encourage voluntary compliance. Eligibility depends on the violation type and timing. Impleway reviews your tax position and aligns your ERP and e-invoicing setup so you stay compliant going forward.

Question 7

Do you provide support after ERP go-live in Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Impleway provides managed post-go-live support with defined SLAs, covering user support, system monitoring, ZATCA regulatory updates and continuous improvements. Support is delivered from Saudi Arabia and Pakistan by Arabic and English speaking consultants.
